Responsibility
- Prepare and craft espresso-based beverages with precision and consistency.
- Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences that build loyalty.
- Operate POS, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area; stock and rotate supplies.
- Calibrate grinders and brew methods to ensure optimal flavor profiles.
- Assist with opening/closing routines and inventory management.
- Uphold food safety, health codes, and allergy awareness; support team training.
Qualification
- 1+ year of barista experience in a high-volume cafe or specialty coffee shop.
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time management.
- Basic math and POS proficiency; cash handling experience.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food handling certification or compliance with local health codes.
