Responsibility
- Greet customers and guide them through beverage options with clarity and warmth.
- Prepare espresso-based drinks with consistent extraction, flavor balance, and latte art presentation.
- Operate grinders, tamping, milk texturing, and steam wand techniques to achieve peak microfoam.
- Manage stock, rotation, and basic inventory of beans, milk, syrups, and supplies.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of bar, equipment, and work area.
- Process sales and POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and open/close procedures.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, pop-ups, and partner cafes, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience or equivalent hospitality background.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder settings, and milk texturing for latte art.
- Proficiency with modern POS systems and cash handling with accuracy.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Commitment to health & safety standards and basic food safety practices.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills for guest-facing service.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to learn brand-specific procedures.
