Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment in a clean, safe manner.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and manage a smooth, efficient service flow.
- Maintain a pristine and organized bar area, including stock rotation and routine cleaning.
- Engage guests with warmth, upsell partner products, and deliver a memorable experience.
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and coordinate with team to minimize waste.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards and comply with company policies.
Qualification
- Experience as a barista or in a cafe environment; coffee knowledge preferred.
- Completed barista training or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math, POS handling, and cash-handling accuracy.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks.
