As a Barista Services Specialist, you will handle espresso extraction, milk texturing, and artful beverage presentation, while ensuring cleanliness, safety, and swift service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility
- Prepare espresso-based beverages with precision (espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art).
- Ensure beverage quality and consistency for every customer.
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service at the counter and any service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment sanitation per health and safety standards.
- Operate POS system, manage cash/credit transactions, and reconcile daily sales.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and prep station for service.
- Collaborate with team to uphold brand standards and create memorable experiences.
Qualification
- 2+ years of barista experience in specialty coffee or high-volume café environments.
- Proficient with espresso machines, grinders, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation (servsafe or local equivalent).
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team collaboration.
