Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso based drinks with precision and consistency
- Provide warm, personalized guest service to every customer
- Maintain an organized workstation and ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- Accurately handle POS transactions and cash management
- Monitor and restock beverages, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and events
- Follow recipes and maintain quality standards for all beverages
Qualification
- 1+ year experience as a barista or equivalent cafe role
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and beverage recipes
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification or ServSafe training preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Team player with reliability and punctuality
