You will work with a small, passionate team to craft espresso drinks, pour-over, and seasonal creations, while upholding our standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high quality espresso based beverages with precision and consistency
- Grind calibrate and operate espresso machines and grinders to achieve optimal extraction
- Froth and texture milk to create latte art and visually appealing drinks
- Provide friendly knowledgeable service and engage with guests to tailor recommendations
- Maintain a clean orderly workstation and uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with cash handling, POS transactions, and accurate end of shift reconciliation
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate needs to the team
- Support barista teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualification
- 2+ years of barista experience in a fast paced cafe or specialty coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction grind sizes and beverage recipes
- Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills
- Familiarity with manual brewing methods such as pour-over and siphon
- Exceptional customer service and clear communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic cash handling, POS operation, and inventory awareness
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and hygienic practices
