Beauche International is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Beauty Sales Consultant to join our in-store team in Baguio City. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about beauty products and delivering outstanding service. You will help clients explore skincare, makeup, and fragrance solutions that fit their lifestyle, while representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. A proactive attitude, strong product knowledge, and a genuine desire to help customers make informed choices are essential for success in this role.
In this position, you will become a trusted advisor for our shoppers—demonstrating product features and usage, guiding selections, and communicating current promotions and new launches. You will contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere by maintaining attractive displays, ensuring accurate pricing, and keeping inventory organized. Your efforts will directly support sales targets and help build lasting relationships with customers who return for expert advice and reliable service.

Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly, assess beauty needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and correct usage; offer samples when appropriate.
- Maintain visually appealing displays, ensure products are stocked, and keep shelves labeled and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, and issue receipts with attention to accuracy.
- Upsell and cross-sell related items and promotions to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up support and personalized care.
- Stay informed about promotions, new launches, and beauty trends; communicate offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and uphold brand standards.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty industry training or certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail or cosmetics sales is preferred but not required for the right attitude and trainable candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Strong numeracy and basic cash-handling abilities; comfortable using POS systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products; willingness to learn and stay updated on trends.
- Problem-solving mindset, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
