Responsibility
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators and parents to implement behavior support strategies
- Monitor and evaluate progress of intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and sessions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Certification in Behavioral Analysis or Therapy
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and behavioral needs
