Join Asia Brewery Incorporated as a Beverage Salesman and drive growth across our vibrant retail network in Quezon City and the wider Metro Manila region. In this contract role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our portfolio of beverage brands, ensuring optimal shelf presence, on-time deliveries, and consistent product availability across stores, supermarkets, and on-premise partners. You will plan and execute field sales activities, build lasting relationships with retailers, and collaborate with marketing and logistics to meet and exceed targets. Responsibility
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow distribution and volume of Asia Brewery beverages in assigned areas of Quezon City and surrounding Metro Manila.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, convenience stores, supermarkets, and on-premise partners; conduct regular visits and merchandising to optimize shelf presence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets; manage promotions, price programs, and in-store activations to maximize sales impact.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and order fulfillment; coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, assortment, and consumer trends; provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with account executives and distributors for timely product launches and promotional activities; assist in negotiations within company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, and address issues to maintain high levels of retailer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- 1+ year of field sales, route-to-market, or FMCG experience; familiarity with the Philippine retail landscape is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to influence at all levels of a retail organization.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Must be comfortable working in a field-based role and driving within Metro Manila.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry; experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus; willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
- Fluent in English and Filipino; customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
