Responsibility

  • Prepare, review, and submit bid documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements, specifications, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain bid calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate internal approvals and attachments.
  • Conduct pre-bid conferences, gather clarifications, and communicate bid strategy to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and vendors to collect data, prices, and specifications.
  • Maintain meticulous bid documentation, version control, and audit-ready records.
  • Support bid evaluation processes by organizing procurement data and facilitating communications between evaluation committees.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and legal/regulatory requirements; manage risk and ensure ethical bidding.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in bidding, procurement, or tender management (construction/engineering preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes, bid submissions, and vendor evaluation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems; exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple bids, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of applicable procurement policies, contract terms, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
