Responsibility
- Design, execute, and interpret molecular biology experiments (PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, sequencing) to advance research projects.
- Develop and optimize protocols, assays, and cell culture workflows with rigorous documentation.
- Analyze data using statistical software and scripting (Python/R), and present findings to multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate discoveries into actionable insights.
- Contribute to manuscript preparation, grant applications, and internal reports.
- Mentor junior staff and manage small project sub-teams as needed.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in molecular biology, cell culture, and analytical techniques.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Python or R and experience with statistical methods.
- Ability to design experiments, troubleshoot, and interpret results with scientific rigor.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Experience with laboratory compliance, GLP/GMP practices is a plus.
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and time management.
