BioNova Research Labs is seeking a talented Biology Research Scientist to join our expanding team in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on experimental design, data analysis, and collaborative product development in a fast-paced biotech environment. The candidate will work in a cross-disciplinary team and contribute to high-impact projects in cell biology and molecular biology.
Responsibility

- Design and execute experiments in cell culture, molecular biology, and related techniques. \n
- Develop and optimize protocols for assays, gene expression studies, and data collection. \n
- Maintain meticulous lab notebooks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. \n
- Perform data analysis using statistical tools and present findings to cross-functional teams. \n
- Collaborate with researchers on project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking. \n
- Train junior staff and graduate students in core laboratory methods. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; Masterβs or PhD preferred. \n
- Hands-on experience with cell culture of mammalian cell lines and sterile technique. \n
- Proficiency with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, cloning, and Western blotting. \n
- Data analysis skills using Excel, GraphPad Prism, R, or Python; ability to interpret results and build conclusions. \n
- Excellent scientific writing and oral communication abilities; strong documentation practices. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. \n
