Responsibility
- Design, plan, and execute experiments in molecular biology, cell culture, and analytical assays.
- Develop robust protocols, optimize assays, and troubleshoot experimental challenges.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and generate clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into product or therapeutic concepts.
- Contribute to manuscript preparation, internal reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain compliant documentation, SOPs, and lab inventory management.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to training within the team.
- Stay current with advances in bioscience and implement innovative techniques when appropriate.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on lab experience in a professional setting (academic or industry).
- Proficiency in cell culture, PCR/qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, and basic molecular techniques.
- Experience with data analysis using R, Python, or equivalent tools; strong statistical understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to design and interpret experiments, manage time, and work independently.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork in cross-disciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of biosafety and regulatory compliance best practices.
