Responsibility
- Safely operate a company vehicle and manage boarding procedures for passengers and goods in accordance with transport regulations.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, report defects, and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to plan routes, manage schedules, and ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
- Provide outstanding customer service to passengers and clients, assisting with boarding, luggage, and information as needed.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage records, and incident reports for compliance and performance tracking.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies at all times; escalate safety concerns when required.
- Assist with light warehouse duties or order handling as required by operations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
Qualification
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; appropriate class and accreditation as required by local regulations.
- Prior experience in driving, passenger transport, or boarding operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and perform basic vehicle inspections.
- Physical stamina to assist with luggage handling and long shifts when required.
- Basic computer literacy for trip logging and reporting.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, reliable, and professional attitude.
