Responsibility

  • Safely operate a company vehicle and manage boarding procedures for passengers and goods in accordance with transport regulations.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, report defects, and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to plan routes, manage schedules, and ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to passengers and clients, assisting with boarding, luggage, and information as needed.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage records, and incident reports for compliance and performance tracking.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies at all times; escalate safety concerns when required.
  • Assist with light warehouse duties or order handling as required by operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.

Qualification

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record; appropriate class and accreditation as required by local regulations.
  • Prior experience in driving, passenger transport, or boarding operations is preferred.
