You will handle back-office tasks such as data verification, record updates, invoice support, and process documentation, with occasional guided customer calls to clarify information when required. Responsibility
- Process and verify customer records in our back-office systems with high accuracy.
- Update account information, generate reports, and ensure data integrity across multiple databases.
- Support billing, order processing, and documentation tasks as needed.
- Respond to internal inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Handle select voice interactions to clarify information and facilitate smooth service delivery when required.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures, privacy policies, and quality guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in updating SOPs and training materials.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO, back-office, or voice support roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM or back-office software; accurate data entry with attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City (Bridgetowne) with rotating shifts.
