As a Branch Supervisor, you will be the face of the brand in the Uptown CDO area, driving customer loyalty by delivering consistent store experiences and coaching your team to exceed targets. You will analyze sales and traffic data, plan staffing, and execute merchandising strategies that reflect brand standards and market demand. You will collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and effective in-store promotion.

Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate the branch team, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
  • Drive sales targets and optimize daily and monthly performance through data-driven action plans.
  • Oversee store operations: inventory control, merchandising, receiving, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve escalations, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Manage cash handling, POS operations, daily reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and succession planning.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in retail or branch supervision, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Solid store operations knowledge: inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
