Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design of brand identities, systems, and guidelines across multiple platforms.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets, including logos, color, typography, and iconography.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Develop scalable design systems and brand guidelines to support growth and cross-channel campaigns.
- Present concepts and rationales to stakeholders with clear storytelling and data-driven insights.
- Ensure accessibility and usability across digital properties while maintaining aesthetic excellence.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio processes and design critiques.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of branding experience with a strong, diverse portfolio of brand identities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with motion graphics basics.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual systems.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
