At LumaBrand Studio, we craft premium brand identities for consumer brands, startups, and repositioning campaigns. We are seeking a Brand Designer who can translate strategy into visually compelling systems that scale across packaging, digital, and experiential moments. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative studio focused on elevated, future-facing brand work.
You will partner with strategists, copywriters, and product teams to shape brand narratives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints—from logo and typography to color systems and brand guidelines.
Responsibility
- Lead the development of brand strategy and translate it into a coherent visual identity.
- Design and evolve logos, typography, color palettes, imagery, and iconography.
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines and asset libraries for consistent usage across channels.
- Apply brand systems to packaging, digital products, social assets, and experiential design.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, competitive audits, and voice/messaging alignment.
- Provide art direction for campaigns and product launches; review production-ready assets.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Branding, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of branding or identity design experience, agency or in-house.
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end brand identity projects and case studies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; basic motion design skills a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced studio and manage multiple projects.
