Responsibility
- Develop and evolve brand identities, visual systems, and design guidelines that scale across channels.
- Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual language, typography, color, and iconography.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand expression.
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries for scalable branding.
- Mentor junior designers and present concepts to stakeholders with clarity.
- Iterate on concepts based on feedback, testing, and accessibility considerations.
- Manage multiple projects with deadlines, prioritizing quality and impact.
- Build compelling brand stories and case studies that showcase outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Branding, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of branding or design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in visual identity systems, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience building design systems and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple projects.
