NovaBrand Studio is seeking a results-driven Brand Designer to elevate client identities across sectors. You’ll craft compelling visual systems, logos, and brand guidelines for ambitious startups and established brands alike. This role blends creative exploration with strategic thinking to shape memorable brands that perform in real markets.
As a Brand Designer, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate brand narratives into cohesive design language, ensuring consistency across digital and physical touchpoints. You’ll own brand assets from concept through to production, mentor junior designers, and advocate for thoughtful, user-centered design.

Responsibility
- Lead the development of visual identity systems for new and existing brands, including logos, color palettes, typography, and iconography.
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across channels and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design on-brand experiences for websites, apps, packaging, and campaigns.
- Translate brand strategy into tangible design solutions, including motion, print, and digital assets.
- Review and critique junior designers’ work, providing actionable feedback and mentorship.
- Present concepts to clients and stakeholders with clear storytelling and rationale.
Qualification
- 3+ years of branding or visual identity design experience in agency or in-house settings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing logo design, brand systems, and branding campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and contribute to brand strategy discussions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
