We are seeking a Brand Designer & Brand Strategy Lead to shape and scale client identities from vision to execution. You will partner with creative directors, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to craft distinctive brand narratives, design systems, and identity guidelines that drive growth. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end branding projects from discovery to delivery
- Develop brand identity systems, typography, color palettes, and visual language
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and assets
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct brand audits, market research, and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Mentor junior designers and present concepts to clients and leadership
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations with professionalism
Qualification
- 8+ years of branding or design experience with a strong portfolio
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, identity design, and design systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design basics
- Exceptional storytelling and verbal/visual communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
- Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and manages multiple projects
