Responsibility

  • Collaborate with product, growth, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment in all touchpoints.
  • Drive brand storytelling and content strategy, including value propositions, taglines, and messaging architectures.
  • Present to executive stakeholders, manage client relationships, and translate insights into actionable creative briefs.
  • Mentor designers and junior strategists; build a high-performing branding team.

Qualification

  • 7+ years in branding, brand design, or brand marketing with a strong, diverse portfolio.
  • Proven experience leading brand strategy for B2B and B2C brands with measurable impact.
  • Deep mastery of brand systems, visual identity, typography, color theory, and design thinking.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills; ability to craft clear messaging architectures and taglines.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and collaborative platforms (Notion, Figma, Slack).
  • Excellent client management, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfortable leading C-suite discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
