Beautyhaul is seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to elevate our beauty portfolio in Indonesia. You will own the end-to-end brand strategy, from core positioning and visual identity to compelling storytelling and market activation. The ideal candidate translates consumer insights into actionable brand narratives, develops comprehensive go-to-market plans, and collaborates across Product, Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution. This role requires analytical rigor, consumer empathy, and a passion for beauty trends, with the ability to translate data into creative, revenue-driving initiatives.
In this role you will define a clear brand vision that differentiates Beautyhaul in a crowded marketplace; translate insights from qualitative and quantitative research into actionable brand initiatives; lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns, product launches, packaging updates, and communications that resonate with our diverse audience in Jakarta and across Indonesia. You will manage brand budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize programs for ROI. You will steward brand guidelines, packaging standards, and retailer partnerships to ensure consistency across all channels including e-commerce, marketplaces, and brick-and-mortar stores. You will also explore digital marketing opportunities, influencer collaborations, and social storytelling to amplify brand reach.

Responsibility
- Develop and own the brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling for Beautyhaul's beauty portfolio across Indonesia.
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive data into actionable brand initiatives and GTM plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Digital, Supply Chain) to deliver integrated campaigns, product launches, packaging updates, and communications that resonate with our diverse audience across channels.
- Drive brand performance management, including budget stewardship, forecasting, and ROI analysis across all channels (retail, e-commerce, marketplaces).
- Manage brand health tracking, consumer research programs, and key metrics to inform ongoing optimization of messaging and creative assets.
- Collaborate with retailers, agencies, and partners to ensure consistent brand guidelines and compelling in-store and online experiences.
- Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies, influencer partnerships, and content plans to amplify reach and engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 4-6 years of brand management experience, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods in Southeast Asia.
- Strong consumer insights capability, with experience translating data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Hands-on experience with campaigns across both traditional and digital channels; budgeting and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms; knowledge of e-commerce, marketplaces, and social media.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
