PT. Dwimitra Sukses Perkasa is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our wine and spirits portfolio in Indonesia. This pivotal role blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on marketing execution to drive growth, profitability, and category leadership in a competitive beverage market.
As Brand Manager, you will own the end-to-end brand planning process from insights to execution. You will develop compelling brand narratives, manage launches and line extensions, oversee packaging updates, and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, supply chain, regulatory, and external partners. Your work will span integrated campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and traditional channels, as well as trade marketing and retailer activation to maximize distribution and in-store visibility.
You will monitor market dynamics, analyze consumer insights, and track competitive activity to inform strategy and GTM decisions. A data-driven mindset will guide budget allocation, KPI tracking, and performance reviews, ensuring brand performance aligns with revenue and profitability targets. You will also ensure regulatory compliance for labeling, claims, and advertising of alcoholic beverages in Indonesia, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies as needed.

Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of the wine & spirits brand strategy across Indonesia, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget.
- Own yearly brand plans, product launches, packaging updates, and portfolio extensions with cross-functional teams.
- Manage brand performance, including P&L, forecasts, and marketing spend to achieve revenue, share, and profitability targets.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, experiential) and trade marketing initiatives to drive consumer demand and retailer visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Distribution partners to optimize channel strategies, execution, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitive activity, and pricing to inform strategy and GTM decisions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for labeling, claims, and advertising in Indonesia; liaise with regulatory and agencies as needed.
- Lead agency relationships, vendor management, and internal creative briefings to deliver high-impact creatives and assets.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-5+ years of brand management or FMCG/beverage marketing experience, preferably wine/spirits.
- Proven track record launching or growing brands in Indonesia; knowledge of distribution and retail landscape.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media, eCommerce, and shopper marketing; ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, and project management abilities; fluent in English; Indonesian language skills a plus.
- Budget management and P&L ownership experience; vendor and agency management capabilities.
- Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced beverages market; strong presentation skills.
