Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a results-driven Brand Marketing Specialist to lead brand execution and campaign activation across digital and offline touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in Jakarta, delivering impact for our clients and our organization.
As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will own the brand voice, oversee go-to-market campaigns, and collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency, relevance, and growth. You will analyze performance, optimize messaging, and drive audience engagement across social media, content marketing, email, events, and partnerships. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to strengthen brand identity and drive demand.
- Lead go-to-market plans, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative, product, sales, and agency partners to deliver compelling content and assets.
- Plan, manage content calendars, social media activations, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for campaigns, events, and activations.
- Drive event marketing and partnership activations, including influencer collaborations and co-branded campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning, and maintain brand guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of brand marketing or digital marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, social media, content marketing, and SEO fundamentals.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights platforms).
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment in Jakarta.
- Fluency in Indonesian; professional English communication is a plus.
