Based in Jakarta Utara, you will collaborate with product, creative, and performance marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across digital channels, retail environments, and partnerships. You will lead market research, synthesize consumer insights, and map competitive landscapes to inform strategic choices. Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and a long-term brand roadmap. Partner with designers and writers to translate strategy into compelling campaigns, content, and experiences. Manage agency relationships and internal stakeholders, overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality to deliver high-impact initiatives that move the needle. You will champion cross-functional collaboration and a customer-centric approach that elevates the Obihiro Nikudon brand across digital, social, and offline touchpoints.

Responsibility
- Develop and own brand strategy for Obihiro Nikudon, defining positioning, value propositions, and brand DNA.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform brand decisions.
- Collaborate with product, design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and experience.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and content calendars.
- Lead brand launch initiatives, campaigns, and cross-channel activations; monitor results and optimize.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors; oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track key brand performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and translate insights into action.
- Champion a customer-centric brand experience across digital, social, retail, and events.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of brand strategy or brand management experience.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and Jakarta consumer landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and KPI measurement.
- Experience with brand guidelines, content development, and cross-functional collaboration.
