As the Branding and Marketing Manager, you will own brand strategy, messaging, and the visual identity that defines how customers perceive Baby Wise. You will translate consumer insights into compelling campaigns, create consistency across packaging, website, social, PR, and retail materials, and ensure our brand resonates with Indonesian families while aligning with business goals. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a small, cross-functional team and partner with external agencies to develop high-quality content, drive demand, and foster long-term loyalty. Responsibility

  • Lead development and execution of brand strategy and annual marketing plans to strengthen market position and drive revenue growth.
  • Define and manage brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels including product packaging, website, social, PR, and campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, influencer, events) with clear KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, e-commerce, and operations to align branding with product launches, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and external agencies; ensure cost efficiency and measurement of impact.
  • Lead content creation and social media strategy; oversee website content, blogs, email newsletters, and multimedia assets.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity; translate insights into action to improve messaging and tactics.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on performance, learnings, and optimization opportunities; mentor and grow a small marketing team.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and cohesive messaging; demonstrated success in Indonesia or similar markets.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM) and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian; strong written and verbal communication skills.
