Join Lumina Brand Studio as Branding Director to lead end-to-end brand strategy, identity development, and execution for top-tier clients. You will set the vision, mentor a growing team, and collaborate with design, product, and marketing partners to ensure consistent, impact-driven branding across channels.
Responsibility
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for client portfolios, translating business goals into compelling brand narratives.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive identity systems, typography, color palettes, and visual language.
- Drive brand governance by creating and maintaining robust brand guidelines and asset libraries.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent brand experiences across digital, packaging, and experiences.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing branding team and key external partners or agencies.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders; measure brand impact with KPIs.
- Lead research-driven brand discovery, audience insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy.
Qualification
- Minimum 8 years in branding, brand strategy, or design leadership, with a strong portfolio of identity and brand systems.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements in an agency or in-house setting.
- Expertise in brand architecture, positioning, storytelling, and visual language development.
- Strong knowledge of design thinking, market research methods, and measurement of brand health and impact.
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and production pipelines.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
