NovaBrand Studio is seeking a seasoned Branding Lead to steer strategic direction and cohesive visual systems for global clients. This role blends brand strategy, creative leadership, and hands-on design excellence to craft brands that perform.
You will partner with product, marketing, and executive teams to develop brand architecture, naming frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and scalable visual identities that translate into consistent experiences across products, packaging, and campaigns.
Responsibility
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and architecture for diverse clients, ensuring a clear, differentiating point of view.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries for multi-channel rollouts.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of branding projects—from discovery and workshop facilitation to concept, iteration, and final execution.
- Mentor and empower junior designers and brand strategists, fostering a collaborative studio culture.
- Translate business goals into compelling storytelling, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives.
- Present strategic direction and design concepts to clients, leading workshops and brand audits as needed.
Qualification
- 7+ years in branding, brand strategy, or design leadership with a strong portfolio of identity systems and brand campaigns.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of brand architecture, naming, messaging, and visual systems.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop) and motion principles for co-creation with teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Branding, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment with a global client base.
