Elevate Brand Studio is seeking a results-driven Branding Lead to shape and scale brand identities for ambitious clients. In this role, you will own the end-to-end brand processâfrom strategy to system designâdriving consistency, differentiation, and impact across every touchpoint.
As a senior member of our Brand team, you will partner with product, marketing, and creative leads to craft compelling narratives and scalable design systems that resonate in a crowded marketplace. Youâll influence senior stakeholders, mentor designers, and help us push the boundaries of branding for modern digital and physical experiences.

Responsibility
- Develop and own brand strategy, vision, and identity systems across platforms, ensuring consistency and differentiation.
- Lead end-to-end brand programs from concept through delivery, including visual identity, typography, color, and asset libraries.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines for digital, print, packaging, and experiential channels.
- Translate complex brand narratives into clear, actionable design language and assets for product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Govern brand governance, perform regular audits, and refresh assets to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, PR, and content teams to craft compelling brand stories and campaigns.
- Mentor and grow a team of designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and high performance.
Qualification
- 7+ years of branding and design experience, including consumer or tech brands with global reach.
- Proven track record leading brand programs, identity systems, and scalable design systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end branding across digital, print, packaging, and experiential touchpoints.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion design and basic prototyping.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and sales to align brand with business objectives.
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Branding, or related field (or equivalent experience).
