We are a premium branding agency seeking a strategic and creative Branding Lead to shape identity systems for global clients. You will blend brand strategy with design leadership to deliver cohesive identities, messaging, and activations across platforms.
You will mentor a cross-disciplinary team, collaborate with product, marketing, and client partners, and set the standards for brand excellence across the organization.
Responsibility
- Lead development of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for multiple brands across industries.
- Define and evolve visual identity systems, guidelines, and design language to ensure consistency.
- Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns.
- Oversee creative direction across packaging, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and writers; foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Lead brand health tracking using metrics and research to inform ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, presenting clearly and managing expectations and timelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of branding experience with a strong portfolio of brand systems and campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead brand strategy and design across multiple projects and teams.
- Proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and familiar with motion and digital production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience with research, consumer insights, and analytics to inform brand decisions.
- Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing stakeholders and tight deadlines.
