We are seeking a strategic Branding Lead to shape and steer our clients brand narratives across platforms. In this role you will lead creative direction, establish brand positioning, and ensure consistency across identity messaging and experience. You will partner with product marketing and design teams to deliver cohesive brand ecosystems that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibility
- Define and evolve brand strategy positioning and value proposition for multiple clients and brands
- Lead development of brand identity systems including typography color iconography and voice
- Collaborate with product marketing and design teams to translate strategy into assets and campaigns
- Own the brand guidelines governance ensuring consistency across channels
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to align leadership on brand direction
- Oversee market research competitive analysis and brand health metrics
- Mentor junior designers brand managers and nurture a high performing branding practice
- Measure impact with clear metrics and report on brand health and campaign performance
Qualification
- Bachelors in branding marketing graphic design or related field 7+ years in branding leadership or strategy roles
- Proven track record delivering end to end brand systems for B2C and B2B audiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity messaging and storytelling across digital and print
- Expertise in brand architecture naming typography color systems and voice guidelines
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross functional teams agencies and client engagements in fast paced environments
- Proficiency with branding tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite and design thinking methods
- Customer centric mindset data informed decision making and a passion for elevating brands
