Responsibility
- Own and evolve the brand strategy and positioning across products, campaigns, and experiences.
- Lead the development of comprehensive identity systems, guidelines, and design assets that ensure consistency at scale.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to drive brand-aware product storytelling.
- Oversee brand voice, messaging architecture, and content strategies for multiple channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of brand designers, copywriters, and external partners.
- Drive market research to inform brand decisions and measure impact with clear KPIs.
- Lead cross functional initiatives for product launches and revitalizations with senior stakeholders.
Qualification
- 5+ years in branding, brand strategy, or identity design with a proven track record across multiple industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, identity work, typography, and brand campaigns.
- Deep understanding of branding across digital, social, packaging, and experiential channels.
- Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading cross functional teams and managing external partners.
- Data driven mindset with ability to translate insights into brand decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
