Responsibility
- Analyse business processes and operational performance across freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution functions
- Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to maximise operational efficiency
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable insights for data-driven decision making
- Prepare detailed business analysis reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to implement new solutions and monitor their effectiveness
- Support key business initiatives, change management, and digital transformation projects across the region
- Conduct cost-benefit and risk analysis for proposed business changes
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all reporting and analytical activities
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience within 3PL, supply chain, logistics, or transportation industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data visualisation, and MS Excel
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects or ERP systems is a plus
