Join M-Commerce Corporation as a Business Development Specialist focusing on affiliate marketing. You will serve as the dedicated lead and authoritative point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners subscribing to affiliate marketing services. This role blends relationship management with strategic growth, enabling partners to maximize revenue while delivering measurable performance across campaigns. Youâll own the end-to-end partner journeyâfrom onboarding and activation to optimization and quarterly business reviewsâdriving sustained ROI for both the partners and the company.

Responsibility
- Act as the dedicated lead and primary contact for a portfolio of brand partners in affiliate marketing.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize partner performance and revenue.
- Onboard new affiliates, drive activation, and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Negotiate terms, commission structures, and contractual arrangements with partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to design, launch, and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, LTV) and deliver weekly/monthly data-driven insights and reports.
- Manage partner pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain achievement of quarterly targets.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to identify opportunities and address concerns.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing, business development, or partner management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and cultivating strong partner relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, Tune, CJ Affiliate) or similar systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
