Responsibility
- Support day-to-day procurement activities for assigned categories, including purchase order creation and tracking.
- Assist with supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Execute PO processing, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Quality, Manufacturing) to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Support supplier negotiations and contract administration under mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with Roche Global Procurement policies and local regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities; proactive and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and work in a regulated environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in procurement and procurement operations.
- Previous internships or exposure to procurement/supply chain is a plus.
