ConstantiKnow Inc is looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. The salary for this position ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance.
Responsibility
- Answering incoming calls professionally and provide information about products or services
- Maintaining customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Following communication scripts to ensure consistency in customer interactions
- Managing and updating customer information in the database
Qualification
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
