ConstantiKnow Inc is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team in Alabang, Metro Manila. The salary for this position ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month, with excellent opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines
Qualification
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
