ConstantiKnow Inc is seeking a skilled Call Center Agent to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. The salary ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service
- Adhere to call center protocols and procedures
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
