ConstantiKnow Inc is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. The salary for this position ranges from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance.
Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Follow call scripts and protocols accurately
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
