ConstantiKnow Inc is looking for a dynamic Call Center Agent to join our team in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. We offer a competitive salary range of ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month, with the potential to earn more through performance bonuses.
Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Follow scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality
- Meet and exceed daily call quotas and sales targets
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Qualification
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills
