Compensation & Rewards: Base salary from ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month depending on your BPO experience—with plenty of opportunities to increase earnings through bonuses when you perform at your best!
Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely fashion.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Process orders, forms, and applications as requested by customers.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality and productivity targets.
- Keep up to date with company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call center software.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends if required.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering quality customer service.
