Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and update account records.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets and quality metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to deliver exceptional service.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Advocate for customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development initiatives.
Qualification
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; College level preferred.
- Prior experience in BPO or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and typing proficiency.
