Responsibility

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, pricing, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and guide customers toward solutions with empathy.
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the CRM with precision and timeliness.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams with proper context.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and company promotions to better assist customers.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience; BPO experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication; additional Filipino languages are a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving, active listening, and data-entry skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
