Responsibility
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and courtesy
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and offer effective solutions
- Document interactions in the CRM and ensure data accuracy
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams with clear handoffs
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and service level targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and processes
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve customer issues quickly
- Uphold a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and active listening
Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Filipino bilingual is a plus
- High school diploma or higher; college students or graduates welcome
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills; comfortable using CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-focused attitude and a drive to help others
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
