Responsibility

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms to maximize ROAS
  • Own day-to-day campaign management including budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and adjustments
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop engaging ad assets and landing pages
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders
  • Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and placements to improve results
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines
  • Analyze audience insights and refine targeting to boost conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives and timelines

Qualification

  • 3-5 years of hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience
  • Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA reduction
  • Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards and reporting tools
