EMAPTA is hiring a results-driven Campaign Manager for a temporary work-from-home role based in Makati. You will lead paid social campaigns to boost ROI and scale performance for premium brands. In this role you will own the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, optimizing budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize return on ad spend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ad experiences and leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy. The ideal candidate is data-forward, highly organized, and comfortable working night shifts while maintaining work-life balance with weekends off.

Responsibility
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms to maximize ROAS
- Own day-to-day campaign management including budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and adjustments
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop engaging ad assets and landing pages
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders
- Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and placements to improve results
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines
- Analyze audience insights and refine targeting to boost conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives and timelines
Qualification
- 3-5 years of hands-on paid social or performance marketing experience
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA reduction
- Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work night shifts in Makati and manage a flexible WFH setup
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently
