EMAPTA is hiring a Campaign Operations Manager - CRM to lead and scale our lifecycle marketing initiatives from Ortigas, Metro Manila. This hands-on role focuses on crafting high-impact customer journeys, driving automation, and delivering data-driven improvements across all CRM campaigns.

As the Campaign Operations Manager, you’ll own segmentation, QA, and optimization to maximize engagement and revenue. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to design, execute, and measure campaigns that nurture prospects and delight existing customers. Responsibility

  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation).
  • Own audience segmentation, data profiling, and list management to ensure personalized, relevant experiences.
  • Configure and manage automation workflows and triggers within the CRM platform to streamline repetitive tasks and scale campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to build comprehensive campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights to improve program performance.
  • Lead QA processes, including data quality checks, deliverability testing, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, SLAs, and standard operating procedures for efficient operations.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements to optimize workflows and outcomes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, with a data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
  • Experience with segmentation, onboarding, nurture streams, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
