Responsibility
- Lead and manage flight operations as Captain, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and airline SOPs.
- Plan and execute flight routes, fuel calculations, weather analysis, and contingency planning.
- Mentor and supervise first officers and flight crew to maintain CRM and safety standards.
- Coordinate with dispatch, air traffic control, and maintenance to ensure on-time performance.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections and briefings.
- Lead safety programs, participate in incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Uphold company values, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency on all missions.
Qualification
- Active ATP or ATPL license with current medical certificate suitable for captain operations (FAA/ICAO).
- Minimum of 5,000 hours total flight time with 1,500+ hours in multi-engine jets.
- Recent line experience in commercial air carrier operations.
- Strong CRM, leadership, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficient in IFR procedures, weather interpretation, and flight planning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with modern flight decks, CRM tools, and standard operating procedures.
- Willing to relocate or commute to Seattle, WA; eligible to work in the United States.
