As Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation of all flights, leadership of the cockpit crew, effective coordination with dispatch and air traffic control, and ensuring regulatory compliance at all times. You'll mentor junior pilots, contribute to safety programs, and uphold impeccable service standards for every passenger.

Responsibility
- Operate aircraft in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Lead the cockpit team, coordinate with co-pilot and flight attendants, and manage in-flight decision making.
- Oversee flight planning, fuel management, weather assessment, and contingency procedures.
- Ensure accurate flight logs, MEL compliance, and risk assessments are documented.
- Collaborate with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Training to optimize fleet performance.
- Mentor and develop junior pilots; participate in recurrent training and CRM initiatives.
- Represent the airline in safety and regulatory audits, and contribute to safety improvements.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards while maintaining efficiency and on-time performance.
Qualification
- ATPL with valid medical certificate (Class 1) and the legal right to operate in the U.S.
- 7500+ total flight hours with 2500+ PIC hours in jet aircraft; experience on modern airliners preferred.
- Type rating on applicable aircraft; current on type within last 24 months is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFR procedures, fuel planning, and flight planning tools (e.g., dispatch systems, FMS).
- Excellent CRM, communication, and leadership skills; ability to make decisive decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; adaptability to changing schedules.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus; valid US passport and ability to obtain security clearance.
