Responsibility
- Operate as Pilot in Command on assigned flights, maintaining the highest levels of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Lead pre-flight planning, weather analysis, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
- Manage crew resources, briefings, and in-flight decision-making to optimize safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with dispatch, air traffic control, and operations teams to ensure on-time performance.
- Mentor and develop First Officers and flight crew, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and uphold company safety policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (FAA and international equivalents).
- Conduct post-flight debriefings, incident reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Represent the airline professionally when engaging with customers and stakeholders on board and during ground operations.
Qualification
- Active Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with current type rating for the designated aircraft.
- Minimum 3,000 flight hours total with 1,500 hours in multi-engine, jet experience preferred.
- Recent flight experience and current FAA Class 1 medical certificate; valid passport for international operations.
- Strong leadership, crew resource management (CRM), and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including long-haul itineraries and night operations.
- Proven safety record and commitment to aviation standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
